Pittsburgh's only place for SPAGHETTI ICE CREAM!

What is Spaghetti Ice Cream?  Spaghetti Ice Cream is a derivation of a traditional European dessert, served at many European ice cream shops. We have brought this tradition to rest of the world.  Now you can have Spaghetti Ice Cream made from homemade gelato as it was intended, strawberry sauce and grated white chocolate.  Plus our own special touch of meatballs on the side made from delicious brownies.

Location

Located at 4709 Liberty Avenue, across from St. Joseph's church, in the trendy Bloomfield area of Pittsburgh, Grasso Roberto is an eclectic cafe.

Sitting inside enjoying the Italian atmosphere or outside people watching, Grasso Roberto is the perfect place to sip cappuccino or espresso and enjoy fresh panini sandwiches.

Featuring traditional Italian fare such as biscotti, Italian pastries, and paninis, Grasso Roberto is also home of the delicious Genovese panini sandwich, a delectable combination of smoked turkey, pesto mayonnaise, baby greens and tomato.

The bistro has preserved its frozen dessert parlor roots, serving homemade gelato (italian ice cream) and homemade italian ices.  It is not uncommon, when settling with a gelato, to hear old-timers reminiscing about the Old Country.

As always, Grasso Roberto is byob. Feel free to bring along your favorite wine or merriment to add to our already wonderful desserts and coffee.
